Island Waterpark hiring 100 at job fair this Saturday in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Island Waterpark is marking its 28th anniversary by hosting a job fair Saturday, April 25, from noon to 2 p.m. at the park.

Applicants can come in person to the park’s administrative offices.

To streamline the interview process, the park encourages applicants to bring a resume and complete an application online at www.islandwaterpark.com.

People will be hired on the spot.

Island Waterpark is looking to fill 100 positions, including lifeguards, cooks, cashiers, ticket attendants, housekeeping, cabana servers, beverage servers, rentals and park services.

The park said it is contracted with StarGuard Elite, an internationally recognized lifeguard training program, and that all lifeguards will be certified through StarGuard Elite.

Island Waterpark also announced the addition of BBQ COVE, featuring 30 new BBQ sites.

Season passes are currently on sale.
