The Los Angeles Police Department on Wednesday released photos of a suspect sought in connection with several sexual assaults that occurred in the San Fernando Valley on a single day.

Detectives say the suspect, identified as 29-year-old Damian Denzell Robinson, grabbed, groped or photographed six different women in the Northridge and Granada Hills area on Sunday. The incidents, which were captured on closed-circuit television, happened at the following locations, according to the LAPD:

9:10 a.m.: Inside a business near Devonshire Street and Balboa Boulevard

9:55 a.m.: Near Forbes Avenue and Calahan Street

10 a.m.: Near Lassen Street and Encino Avenue

11:15 a.m.: Inside a food market near Vanowen Street and Corbin Avenue

12:37 p.m.: Inside a food market near Mason Avenue and Sherman Way

3:20 p.m.: In the restroom of a retail store near Corbin Avenue and Nordhoff Street

Police believe Robinson, who has a prior conviction as a sex offender, recorded some of those instances and that he may be responsible for more unreported sexual assaults.

He is wanted for felony sexual battery and other sexual offenses, the LAPD said.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact Detective II Danielle Tumbleson at 818-832-0609.
