SAN JOSE, Calif. —

A man in San Jose was hospitalized in serious condition after suffering a medical emergency while trimming a palm tree.

Video footage showed the man hanging upside down, 75 feet above the ground.

The fire department said the worker was trimming the tree when he suffered a medical issue and was stuck up there for 90 minutes.
