On Friday, the San Francisco International Film Festival kicked off with some help from Greta Lee.
The Oscar-nominated actor made an appearance for a screening of her film Late Fame, where she brought with her a striking straight-off-the-runway look that matched the red carpet. Pulled from Issey Miyake’s Fall 2026 collection, the two-piece ensemble played with tonal dressing—pairing a sculptural blood-red bodice with a simple burgundy maxi skirt.

The corset top—a smooth hard shell lacquered with a glistening shine—was designed with a curved strapless neckline and peplum silhouette. It defied gravity with its backless shape, adhering solely to the front of Lee’s torso like a piece of armor.

Below, the glossy top was contrasted against a high-waisted matte counterpart, which gave the artistic bodice a steady ground to shine on. The long, full-length skirt featured a subtle slit on the side, while the bottom hem melted into the carpet—hiding the Past Lives star’s black stiletto sandal heels.
Lee’s jewelry, however, was on full display. For this event, the actor and her stylist, Danielle Goldberg, turned to Tiffany & Co. More specifically, the duo reached into the house’s Elsa Peretti collection, selecting the Comma ear clips and Bone ring in yellow gold.

On the red carpet, Lee posed next to actor and director Olivia Wilde, who wore a look that served as the sartorial inverse of her own. Simple on the top while sculptural, shiny, and eye-catching on the bottom, the Altuzarra Fall 2026 fit was composed of a white T-shirt and a long black skirt, designed with a drop waist, high-low quilted hem, and white lining.
