BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — An eviction notice posted by the Kern County Sheriff’s Office was seen on the doors of the Mr. Tempo Cantina restaurant on Rosedale Highway. It was posted just four months after the restaurant’s opening.

The eviction date was stated to be Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

The restaurant had a soft opening in December 2025.

The restaurant is located at 7777 Rosedale Highway, near Coffee Road.
