A woman died and multiple people were hospitalized with injuries after a multi-vehicle crash in San Jose on Saturday afternoon, police said.
The crash occurred near Blossom Hill Road and Santa Teresa Boulevard just before 4 p.m., according to the San Jose Police Department. The intersection and surrounding streets were closed while officers investigated the collision. Police advised avoiding the area and using alternative routes.
