(Red Oak) — An Oakland man faces charges following his arrest in Red Oak Monday morning.
The Red Oak Police Department says 40-year-old Corey Andrew Stephens was arrested at around 9:30 a.m. for driving while barred–an aggravated misdemeanor. Authorities say the arrest occurred near the intersection of 180th and U.S. Highway 34.
Stephens was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $2,000 bond.
