Noteworthy: The junior sprinter won the boys 400 meters at the Moore League Track Finals last week. Burroughs ran a personal best time of 46.65 in his signature event. He is ranked first going into Saturday’s CIF Southern Section Division 1 prelims at Trabuco Hills.
