BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Kern County is participating in the National Day of Prayer with an event in Downtown Bakersfield.
The event kicks off tomorrow, May 7, at the Liberty Bell on Truxtun Avenue starting at 6 a.m. with an hour of prayer.

Prayer, live music and speakers will continue throughout the day.
The festivities will end with a dinner 8 p.m. provided by Hodel’s.
