After staying for 90 days, they would be required to pay up to 30% of their gross income. People parking in city garages who lose their tickets would face fees ranging from $30 to $37. Electric vehicle drivers who exceed the posted time limit at charging stations would be charged $5 per hour. Fees at the Sacramento Marina would increase by 5%, and a new dock alteration recovery fee would cost $50. The largest increase would be for a permit to install an electric sign on a business, which would rise from $30 to $216—a 620% increase.
