BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Get ready to rev your engines for a good cause.
The Ronald McDonald House and the Mopars of Bakersfield are teaming up again for the American Car Show on Saturday, May 9.
House director for the Ronald McDonald House, Scarlett Sabin and Val Miller with the Mopars of Bakersfield joined 17 News at Sunrise to highlight the event kicking into high gear. All money raised goes towards supporting children and families affected by cancer.
The car show is free to the public and will begin at 10 a.m. at the KOA Journey on Wible Road.
If you’d like to register your car, bike, or truck, there’s still time. You can drive up and register on the day of for $40. Gates open for show cars at 7 a.m.
