Overton Moore Properties
Timur Tecimer is the chief executive and owner of Overton Moore Properties, a commercial real estate development company based in Torrance, which he joined in 2000. Since joining the company, he has been in charge of the acquisition and development of over 30 million square feet of commercial property in California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah. In December, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing purchased a 143,060-square-foot facility at 5705 W. 98th St. from Overton Moore Properties for $211 million. It was built for Amazon. Prior to Overton Moore, Tecimer spent 12 years with Trammel Crow Co. Tecimer is a founding board member of the Ziman Center for Real Estate at the Anderson School at UCLA and a past board of trustee of the Southern California Multiple Sclerosis Society.
