Following the announcement of Swedish House Mafia’s New Year’s Eve show in San Francisco, two other major EDM acts announced a show the night before, on December 30th, in the same venue. EDM powerhouses Skrillex and Four Tet will play at the Pier 80 warehouse on December 30, 2025.

Pier 80 is best known for being transformed every September into the venue for Portola. The warehouse is also known for hosting major EMD artists, including Peggy Gou, The Chemical Brothers, and more.

You can register for pre-sale now, and pre-sale tickets will go live on Thursday, November 6, at 10 am PT. Then, on November 7 at 10 am PT, regular tickets will be available. You can register for pre-sale here.

Skrillex has previously performed in San Francisco with Fred again… in a surprise concert that took over Civic Center Plaza. The show drew 25,000 people to the plaza and was deemed a major success. Four Tet has also played in San Francisco before, notably at Portola, which is known to draw top DJs and EDM artists every year.

Skrillex started his career in 2004 as a lead vocalist in the band From First to Last. He then gained recognition with his EP Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites, which won multiple Grammys in 2012. He is known for his electronic house and dubstep hits and has been a mainstay in the EDM industry for years. Four Tet was originally a part of the post-rock band Fridge before his successful solo career. He has released numerous solo albums, with the most recent in 2024, titled Three. He’s known for his experimental EDM music, drawing inspiration from various genres..
