Two Los Angeles County hospitals need help finding the families of two male patients who were found injured.
The first patient is in his mid-40s, according to the Los Angeles General Medical Center.
He was found injured behind a Shell gas station on E. Olympic Boulevard and S. Santa Fe Avenue in downtown L.A. on May 8.
He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 166 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

He did not have any personal belongings to help staff identify him or contact loved ones. Workers did not disclose the nature of his injuries.
Anyone who recognizes him is asked to call clinical social worker Jonathan Evanculla at 323-409-3859.
The public can also call the L.A. General Medical Center’s Department of Social Work at 323-409-5253 or, after hours from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m., call 323-409-6883. On weekends, call 323-409-5254.
The second male patient is hospitalized at St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood. Hospital staff said they believe his name is Erasmo Martinez.
He is a Hispanic male around 43 years old. He stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

He is unable to communicate the names of any family members or persons of contact.
Anyone who recognizes him is asked to call the hospital’s Social Services office at 310-900-2094 or 310-900-8630. Please reference his name, Erasmo Martinez, when calling.
“We appreciate your help with reuniting him with his family,” hospital workers said.
