(KRON) — The victims in a deadly crash in East Oakland on Saturday night have been identified. On Tuesday, the Alameda County Coroner’s Office identified the three people killed as:
Miguel Sanchez Ramirez, 44
Charles Blackmon, 65, of Oakland
Robert Dixon (AKA Frog), 64, of Oakland

The fatal crash occurred on Saturday in the area of 85th and International avenues. According to the Oakland Police Department, the driver was headed north on 85th at a high rate of speed and attempted to turn left on International.

The vehicle crashed into multiple people and vehicles. Three people were killed, and several others were severely injured, officials said. The driver, a 17-year-old boy, tried to flee the scene but was restrained by good Samaritans.
He was taken to the hospital and then later arrested.
Surveillance camera from the scene showed the suspect vehicle mounting the sidewalk as a woman jumps into her vehicle, narrowly escaping being hit.
The 17-year-old suspect is facing potential vehicular manslaughter charges, officials said Monday.
