The San Diego Fire Department is responding a vegetation fire that broke out just before 5 p.m. near the 12000 block of Camino Del Sur in Rancho Peñasquitos.
Southbound lanes on Camino Del Sur and eastbound lanes on Park Village Road were closed by the San Diego Police Department.
No structures are threatened, SDPD said.
