Jeremy Allen White just has great taste!
The actor and star of the Emmy Award-winning series The Bear shared his favorite meal of the year in a recent interview – and we are inclined to agree.
“I was just talking about this today,” White told Interview Magazine in a clip posted to social media. “I’ve only eaten there once, but it was my favorite meal of last year. It’s a place called RVR on Abbott Kinney in Venice. The best meal I’ve had all year long.”

RVR in Venice is having quite the year, as New York Times ranked the establishment in its 2025 Restaurant List earlier this fall, one of three L.A. restaurants to receive the honor. Under the guidance of Chef Travis Lett, the spot brings a modern California twist to traditional izakaya fare. RVR offers seasonal dishes alongside a curated drinks menu, creating an energetic yet approachable atmosphere.
If only we knew White’s order…
He might not be from L.A., but it’s certainly clear White has an intimate love for the city. Earlier this year, he opened up about his favorite flower markets after being photographed holding some arrangements by paparazzi.
“I have this farmers’ market near my house,” he told Jimmy Fallon. “It’s on Sundays, and I just love going there. I love flowers in my house.”
Sleuthers pieced together that the market is, in fact, the Studio City Farmers Market. Other celebs spotted there include Angelina Jolie, Anne Hathaway, Selma Blair, and Hilary Duff.
