Despite some rumors and innuendo to the contrary, I recently had a very pleasant and efficient experience at the DMV in El Cajon. My license renewal, including an eye test and a new picture, were all accomplished within 25 minutes. The three DMV employees that I dealt with were soft-spoken and very courteous — with eye contact to boot. Congrats to the DMV.
