KSON Leading Ladies: The county radio station KSON is presenting a ladies of country showcase concert in Oceanside. Lauren Alaina, Ashley Cooke, Alexandra Kay, Stella Lefty, Taylor Austin Dye, Jenna Paulette and Lakelin Lemmings are all scheduled to perform. The show will be an acoustic concert with each musician singing and playing each other’s songs together and sharing the background stories of the songs. 7 p.m. Friday. Pitbull: Cuban-American and self-proclaimed Mr. Worldwide, Pitbull returns to San Diego County for his “I’m Back Tour.” Miami-raised Pitbull is a multi-Grammy award winner, including Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album for “Dale” in 2016. He is known for hits such as “Give Me Everything,” “Timber” and “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho).” Lil Jon and DJ Laz are also providing support on the tour. 8 p.m. Friday. Dancing in the Street: The public is invited to North City in San Marcos for its monthly Dancing in the Street series on Friday night. This month’s event is themed hip hop fitness and includes performances from Bella Lux Entertainment, free dance lessons and opening dancing with a live DJ. The free, all-ages community gathering will also have vendors selling food and drinks. Typhoon Sinlaku Relief Concert: Harland Brewing Co. in Scripps Ranch is organizing a benefit concert for those impacted by Typhoon Sinlaku in Guam. Tribal Theory, Jason J, Oston Saralu, Håle and DJ Charles Rosé will be performing at the show. “Kim’s Convenience”: The Old Globe presents the national touring production of Ins Choi’s award-winning comedy that inspired his hit Netflix TV series. Choi plays the Korean-born Mr. Kim who runs a convenience store in Toronto while raising his Canadian-born children with traditional values. Lions Tigers & Bears: San Diego’s big cat and bear sanctuary, Lions Tigers & Bears, is hosting its annual fundraiser. The event features free casino games, three bars, food by Bekker’s Caterers, steel-drum performances, facility tours, onsite animal visits, a photo booth and a live auction. Fiesta Del Sol: Music, food, local vendors and a children’s zone are all part of the two-day free festival Fiesta Del Sol in Solana Beach this weekend.
