If there’s one thing Fresno does well, it’s tri-tip.

And with outdoor grilling weather rolling around, our thoughts are turning to the perfect tri-tip sandwich. Meaty, juicy tri-tip piled high on the perfect ciabatta roll with whatever sauces you like soaking into the bread just right.

We know you can make a good one at home.
