Man found with over $10,000 worth of illegal fireworks, Fresno police say

A man has been arrested after nearly 1,300 pounds of illegal fireworks were found by Fresno police.

Police showed a picture of the explosives worth more than $10,000.

The man, who has not been identified, is facing felony charges for possession with intent to sell, plus a citation for over $2,200.

Police want to remind the public that illegal fireworks are dangerous and unpredictable.
