The death of a woman whose body was found Saturday in North Berkeley is being treated as a homicide, police said.
The woman, described as being in her 30s, was found dead about noon by a property manager at an apartment complex in the 1900 block of California Street, police said.
The investigation is still in its preliminary stages and will be conducted in conjunction with the Alameda County Coroner’s office, police said.
