Here’s an early look at Spacca Tutto, opening in August 2026
On the heels of a few other new local projects, James Beard Award-winning chef Nancy Silverton will be bringing a new Italian American steakhouse concept to the Pacific Palisades.
Spacca Tutto (Italian for “go for it”) at Palisades Village builds on what Silverton started with her restaurant Chi SPACCA and will be a collaboration with Rick Caruso and River Jetty Restaurant Group. Although the restaurant isn’t opening until August 2026, early renderings and concepts offer an exciting early look at what’s in store.

“I wanted to bring a new concept to the Westside, pulling inspiration from the Italian flavors that Angelenos know well, alongside some new dishes inspired by a classic American steakhouse. I’m honored to be a part of the future of the Palisades,” said Nancy Silverton, co-owner of the Mozza Restaurant Group (behind Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza). The concept will help contribute to Palisades Village’s efforts to rebuild the community following the January 2025 fires.
Silverton and her team are behind a number of other new projects in addition to Spacca Tutto. She teamed with Phil Rosenthal to open the upcoming diner Max & Helen’s in Larchmont Village, and she’s also working on Lapaba, an Italian-Korean pasta bar opening this fall in Koreatown.

Spacca Tutto will offer a robust steak program alongside American classics and light fare, making it a destination for lunch, dinner or drinks, and both daytime and evening dining. Speaking of drinks … Spacca Tutto’s wine program will feature nearly 250 Italian and domestic labels in addition to a “fast craft” cocktail menu.

Drawing from its original roots in Italian meat at Chi SPACCA in Hollywood, Spacca Tutto will also embrace the heritage of a classic steakhouse and everyday dining.
Rick Caruso, founder and Executive Chairman at Caruso, said: “The name Spacca Tutto reflects resilience, creativity and courage — the same qualities driving the Palisades community to come roaring back in 2026.”
