CHENEY, Wash. — The Eastern Washington had their undefeated home winning streak snapped by Sacramento State, who ran for 376 yards and five touchdowns in the win.
Head coach Aaron Best spoke about the difficulty in stopping the Hornets rushing attack, an update to quarterback Nate Bell, who was seen in a sling after suffering an apparent shoulder injury in the first half.
Best also spoke on the performance of freshman Jake Schakel, who came in to replace Bell after the injury.
