BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — At least one person died after a crash on 7th Standard Road at Poplar Avenue on Tuesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol’s website.
It happened just before 4:10 p.m. when at least three vehicles crashed in the area.
The road was closed at around 4:30 p.m. It’s unclear when the road will reopen.
It said the coroner was called to respond to Kern Medical Center.
