Mostly sunny and cooler today… 10 degrees cooler! Afternoon highs will be in the mid 80s in the Valley with a few breezes in the afternoon. Stronger winds are expected in the Sierra with Red Flag Warnings in Nevada. Temperatures remain close to normal through the rest of the weekend.

A low pressure system passing to our North Monday and Tuesday will bring even cooler temperatures, more breezes, and chances for rain. Rain showers will mainly be in the Foothills and Sierra, but a few showers in the Valley cannot be ruled out.

High pressure returns for the end of the week and temperatures soar. Upper 90s are possible in the Valley on Friday and we may see our first triple digits of the season next weekend – all the more reason to get outside and enjoy this weekend.
