Music journalist Suzy Exposito sits down with legendary Cuban American jazz trumpeter Arturo Sandoval for a conversation about how his new album, “Sangú,” came to be and his road to discovering jazz.

Quincy Bowie Jr. is a video fellow at the Los Angeles Times. The proud Alabama native graduated from USC, where he studied journalism and documentary.
