Fans turned out loud and proud for the World Cup opener at Los Angeles Stadium in Inglewood, where the U.S. men’s national team faced Paraguay on Friday.
The tournament marks the first time since 1994 that the U.S. has hosted the World Cup — this time alongside Mexico and Canada.
A sea of red, white and blue stretched across the stadium’s parking lots, with supporters proudly displaying their USA spirit hours before kickoff.
