The AIM at Melanoma Foundation presented its fourth annual San Diego Steps Against Melanoma Walk at Liberty Station’s NTC Park in Point Loma on June 7.

The event was one in a series of 20 such walks nationwide to raise money to support people with melanoma, one of the most aggressive forms of skin cancer, and help fund research and raise awareness about it.

The walk had raised more than $15,000 as of June 12, according to its website, support.aimatmelanoma.org/event/steps-against-melanoma-san-diego-2026/e764786, where donations are still being accepted.
