Next year: I am still uncertain about my summer plans, but I may spend time working on art and looking for employment. For college, I will likely attend San José State University for the Animation/Illustration program.
Career goals: I would like to work in the film industry on movies or television shows, and possibly create projects of my own. I am pursuing animation and illustration because it is a medium I truly enjoy, and I know I will be able to use those skills both professionally and personally.
Highlights: The friendships I made along the way. Through those friendships, I became more confident, pursued my goals in a challenging creative field, and collaborated with others to run clubs that brought more people together and contributed positively to ECHS.

Miryam Ayesh
Next year: My plans include studying at San Francisco State University and majoring in Electrical Engineering, a goal I have had for a long time.
Career goals: My goal is to ideally work for a tech or transportation company. As life progresses, I know new opportunities may arise, but these are the goals I am currently striving toward.
Highlights: Attending two Fall Rally North trips through Key Club at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, participating in the SCC 2026 Hackathon where my team won third place, and taking multiple French classes at Solano Community College.

Amalia Calvo
Next year: My current plan for the summer is to continue working at Asian Mart and travel to Hawaii after graduation. For college, I plan to attend California State University, Sacramento and major in Nursing.
Career goals: I hope to pursue a career in nursing because I enjoy helping others and want to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Although I have not decided on a specific nursing specialty yet, I know I want to work in the healthcare field.
Highlights: Participating in Art Club, Music Club, National Honor Society, and Creative Writing Club. I was also part of the Early College High School dual enrollment program, which allowed me to take college classes beginning in my freshman year. Another memorable highlight was being crowned Homecoming Queen.
Scholarships, awards: Chinese American Association of Solano County Scholarship, Academic Excellence Award Certificate, and Academic Letter for maintaining a GPA between 3.5 and 4.0 or higher.
In 10 years: I see myself working as a nurse and living happily with my family.
Sydney Chang
Next year: I plan to continue working throughout the summer. In the fall of 2026 and spring of 2027, I will attend Solano Community College to earn an associate’s degree in Graphic and Interactive Design.
Career goals: My main goal is to become a game developer. I currently have two games in the planning process, and I hope to eventually release them publicly. I want to create games that leave players amazed by their storytelling and visual artistry.
Highlights: Being part of the badminton and girls’ tennis teams. I enjoyed every moment spent with my teammates and cherish the memories and friendships we created together. I am also grateful for the friendships I formed throughout high school, as they helped shape me into the person I am today.

Vera Cho
Next year: My summer plans include teaching at the Girls in Robotics C-STEM Camp for three weeks and traveling to Korea for a month to visit my parents. In the fall, I will attend Cornell University to study Computer Science, and I plan to either double major or minor in Bioengineering. I currently work as a Girls Who Code coach and as a barista on my school campus, and I hope to continue working while in college.
Career goals: I have always wanted to work in biotech, especially on the technology side, because I have been passionate about building things with technology since the beginning of high school. One of my biggest dreams is to contribute to an innovation that benefits communities, especially underserved populations and those facing illness.
Highlights: Founding my school’s first Computer Science Club, where I helped build a strong and welcoming community. The club became more than just a place for computer science education – it also became a space for friendships and connection. Being part of the Early College High School community also allowed me to meet both high school and college students, exposing me to different stages of life and helping me grow personally and academically.
Scholarships, awards: Excellence and Finalist Awards at the Solano County VEX Robotics Competition, State Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish, 3rd Place in the Steeplechase Math Competition, and additional academic awards based on academic performance.

Jenna Choy
Next year: I plan to attend University of California, Santa Cruz as a Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology major.
Career goals: I hope to specialize in human biology and enter the scientific field in some capacity.
Highlights: I enjoyed being involved in leadership alongside my friends and serving as treasurer during my senior year. I am grateful for the friendships I formed and the growth I experienced with them.

Ava Cortes
Next year: I intend to attend San Francisco State University to study Communications.
Career goals: My main career goal is to become a Press Relations Manager in the media industry, with a focus on either film or music.
Highlights: Regaining confidence in my voice through a beginning voice class. It provided a supportive space to work on performance anxiety and helped me reconnect with my love for music.

Asher Cortez
Next year: I plan to complete one year at Solano Community College and earn an Associate of Arts degree in Science and Quantitative Reasoning before applying for a TAG transfer to University of California, Davis to major in Biotechnology.
Career goals: I want to work in the biotechnology field, specifically in laboratory research and scientific development.
Highlights: I joined Early College’s Music Club, Computer Science Club, and Senior Class Club, and participated in the Solano County Math Steeplechase three times. I will complete 57 college credits by the end of my time at Solano Community College. During my Early College experience, I also formed friendships with peers who share my interests in digital art and creative writing.

Career goals: I hope to become a speech-language pathologist, helping children improve their speech and build their elf-confidence.
Highlights: Serving as Varsity Volleyball captain, Key Club vice president, and volunteering at the school I attended from kindergarten through eighth grade. I have also enjoyed making many new friends and spending time with them.

Lauren Dimaisip
Next year: I am applying for a summer engineering internship and will be attending California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where I will major in General Engineering.
Career goals: I aspire to become an aerospace engineer and one day work with NASA. I have always loved learning about science, and I am especially inspired by the unknowns of space. Christina Koch and the Artemis II crew have been a major inspiration to me.
Highlights: I am part of the Early College High School dual-enrollment program and have held several leadership positions, including main lead for my school’s yearbook committee, vice president of the Senior Class, and president of the National Honor Society. I competed in gymnastics at the national level for eight years and later coached recreational gymnastics for girls ages 6 and up.
Scholarships, awards: In 2019, I was my district’s Student of the Month and my school’s Student of the Year. In gymnastics, I earned first place at state and regional competitions in my level. I am currently a finalist for the Wednesday Club Assist-A-Grad Scholarship and the Banatao Family Filipino American Education Fund Scholarship.
In 10 years: I see myself working as an aerospace engineer, surrounded by friends and family, and living a fulfilled life while exploring everything life has to offer.

Lizbeth Gonzalez Garcia
Next year: I plan to finish my prerequisite classes at Solano Community College and transfer to a university to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Career goals: My goal is to become an electrical engineer and eventually grow into a project management role.

Next year: I plan to get a job this summer that can help me support my family while continuing my studies as a Psychology major at University of California, Davis. I plan to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and then pursue a master’s degree and licensure to become a licensed marriage and family therapist.
Career goals: My goal is to become a licensed marriage and family therapist. I want to support others with their mental health needs and eventually open my own private practice.

Next year: I will be attending Northwestern University to study Mechanical Engineering while also swimming at the Division I level.
Career goals: I hope to work as a design engineer, using CAD to design and prototype mechanical components and products.

Highlights: I was part of the Bloom 4 You nutrition organization and helped found the Bloom 4 You Early College High School club as secretary. I was also a member of the Solano Community College Reproductive Health Club, and I participated in the Rodriguez High School Swim and Dive team for three years as well as the Girls’ Water Polo team for one year.

Next year: I plan to attend California State University, Sacramento and study Computer Science. I am also considering pursuing a double major since my tuition will be covered through FAFSA, which may open new opportunities for my future.
Career goals: My goal is to secure a high-income career so I can support both my family and myself for future generations. I grew up in a low-income household, where many luxuries such as travel and dining out were limited, and I hope to change that for my future.

Next year: During summer, I plan to visit Comic Con and then travel to Canada. After summer ends, I will continue at Solano Community College to complete prerequisite classes. Next year, I plan to move to Arcata to attend California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt. I am currently applying for jobs to gain work experience and plan to continue working while in college.
Career goals: My major is Environmental Engineering, and I hope to help the environment by creating solutions that benefit both people and the planet.
Highlights: I was involved in Key Club, NHS, GSA, Bloom4U, Book Club, French Club, Phi Theta Kappa, and served as President of Animation Club. I also took multiple French, theater, math, history, science, and English courses. In addition, I was part of student leadership as a lead for the magazine committee and participated in events such as the Solano Crab Feed, Language Night, and various school volunteer activities.

Highlights: I am the Treasurer of National Honor Society (NHS). I was also a member of Key Club and Computer Science Club. In addition, I serve as Chair of the Teen Advisory Board at the Fairfield Cordelia Library and am a mentor for Future Leadership Solano.

In 10 years: I will be beginning my legal career as a corporate or defense attorney.
Ehryn Manaluz
Next year: I plan to major in Nursing and possibly minor in Public Health while attending college in-state.
Career goals: I hope to eventually attend medical school and become a physician. I am considering specialties such as Anesthesiology or General Surgery, though I am open to other areas as I continue my education.
Highlights: Shadowing physicians at a local hospital, participating in dual-enrollment by taking college courses during high school, and growing alongside friends I’ve built strong relationships with over the past four years. I also enjoyed volunteering at my church’s youth events, including their annual youth summer camp.

Highlights: Serving as Secretary of ECHS Leadership and committee lead for the ECHS Bulletin. I enjoyed being part of the Early College program and the people I met through it. Outside of school, I was a member of MYST A Cappella and the Missouri Street Youth Theatre.

Bianca McBride
Next year: I plan to attend California State University, Chico to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Game Design and Animation.
Career goals: I hope to help design story-driven games and/or shows. I would love to work for a company like PlayStation because of its strong storytelling in many of its games, but I would be happy working anywhere as long as I can contribute to storytelling through art.
Highlights: Being part of Early College High School has been an honor, as it has allowed me to make many friends and explore my passion for art through college-level courses. One memory I especially value is my night Art History class, where we applied different methods learned throughout art history in hands-on projects.

Highlights: Taking a variety of college courses, especially psychology classes, that have allowed me to explore topics beyond a traditional high school curriculum.

Sabina Muftic
Next year: I plan to attend University of California, Davis and major in Nutrition with a minor in Public Health. Over the summer, I hope to find research opportunities in labs on the Davis campus, continue volunteering at a local animal sanctuary, and travel as much as possible.
Career goals: In the future, I am considering becoming an Infection Prevention specialist, physical therapist, or working in a related healthcare field. I am interested in learning about hospital systems and patient care, and I would love to work in a clinical, patient-focused setting.
Highlights: I had a great experience being involved in Leadership for three years, where I helped plan, lead and organize events with supportive classmates who made the experience memorable. I also interned at an animal sanctuary during my first two years of high school, where I learned about animals, plants and the environment while building friendships along the way.

Career goals: I plan to attend medical school after completing my undergraduate degree. I am still exploring which medical specialty I would like to pursue.
Highlights: I was a member of the Honors Society for two years, Computer Science Club for one year, and Key Club for one year. I also played soccer for Rodriguez High School all four years, where I made lifelong friends and lasting memories.

Ethan Nguyen
Next year: I might attend Baylor University in Texas or a California State University campus such as San Francisco State University, California State University, Los Angeles or California State University, Sacramento, where I would major in Aerospace Engineering (Baylor) or Mechanical Engineering (CSU). Over the summer, I plan to apply for ROTC, train physically to maintain and improve my fitness, and continue practicing martial arts.
Career goals: After college, I hope to commission as an officer in the United States Air Force. Following officer training, I plan to apply for the Air Force Special Warfare pathway and work toward becoming a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC), supporting coordinated air operations alongside joint military teams.
Highlights: In my freshman year, I was elected class president at Justin-Siena High School. When I transferred to Early College High School, I was welcomed into a close friend group that I continue to stay connected with today.
In 10 years: I hope to have completed my engineering degree and officer training, progressed through Air Force qualification pipelines, and be serving in an active operational role.
Grecia Pacheco Puga
Next year: I plan to spend my summer traveling and making meaningful memories with family and friends. In the fall, I plan to attend University of California, Davis, where I will major in Psychology and focus on understanding human behavior.
Career goals: I hope to pursue a career in forensic psychology, combining my interest in psychology with criminal justice. I also plan to continue exploring music as a creative outlet alongside my professional work.
Highlights: Throughout high school, I was actively involved in the National Honor Society, Casa Latinos Club, and Music Club. I especially enjoyed learning about my Hispanic heritage, sharing my love for music, and serving my community.

Career goals: I am passionate about math and want to pursue a career in STEM. I am still exploring my long-term path, but I hope to work in energy systems engineering and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Highlights: Taking French classes at Solano Community College and participating in French Club. I also went on a field trip to San Francisco with club members, where we visited the Legion of Honor museum and saw the Manet and Morisot exhibit with a French-speaking tour guide.

Omeed Parsi
Next year: I plan to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering while continuing my work as an Apple Certified Technician.

Highlights: I am the treasurer of the Senior Class Club, an officer in the Computer Science Club for the past three years, a four-year varsity badminton player, and a certified nursing assistant.

Jonathan Pedrozo
Next year: I plan to attend California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where I will major in Civil Engineering.
Career goals: I hope to become a civil engineer working for a city in California, such as Los Angeles or San Francisco.
Highlights: I am the founder and president of Music Club, the Senior Class Club president, and have completed the calculus series. I also enjoyed spending time with friends through activities like playing card games.

Highlights: I competed in VEX Robotics during my first two years of college. I later founded and served as president of the SCC Computer Science Club, served as the Applied Tech and Business Senator at SCC, and was vice president of Phi Theta Kappa. I earned four associate degrees from SCC: an A.S.-T in Computer Science, an A.A. in Science and Quantitative Reasoning, an A.A. in General Science, and an A.A. in Liberal Studies.

Jessie Phillips
Next year: I plan to attend University of California, Berkeley in the fall to study Sociology on a pre-law track.
Career goals: My career goal is to enter the legal field while maintaining a balanced personal life and making time to raise a family.
Highlights: Some of my favorite memories come from my sports seasons. I played softball, volleyball and golf for four years and created countless memories through each sport. Although my senior season was cut short due to an ACL and meniscus tear, I would not change my experience.

Joanna Polk
Next year: In the summer, I plan to travel to Ecuador to visit my family. For college, I plan to complete my nursing prerequisites before transferring to a state university or Biola University. I currently work as a crew member at Trader Joe’s and plan to continue working there until I transfer.
Career goals: I hope to become a nurse working in a hospital, with the possibility of also traveling as a nurse.
Highlights: I participated in Key Club, Pre-Med Club, Christian Club, and National Honor Society. I also completed over 90 hours of volunteering at the Parkway Tutoring Center.

In 10 years: I hope to have completed a BSN nursing program and be working as a nurse. I also hope to be rooted in my church community and focused on family life.
Angel Prince
Next year: This summer I hope to travel to Italy and possibly get a job before starting college. I plan to attend either Grand Canyon University or San Jose State University, depending on my acceptance into SJSU’s BSN program, which I should hear back from later this month. Either way, I plan to pursue a career in nursing.
Career goals: I want to earn my BSN and gain clinical experience, ideally in areas such as the Intensive Care Unit or Labor & Delivery. After two to three years of experience, I hope to return to school to become a certified registered nurse anesthetist.
Highlights: I have held leadership positions in several clubs, including Historian of Key Club, Social Media Liaison of the Asian American Pacific Islander Club, and president of Leadership.

Highlights: Serving as the lead of the ECHS newspaper during my junior and senior years was my favorite experience. I also enjoyed being part of Leadership and participating in events and rallies. Taking college classes such as Journalism and Ethnic Studies was a highlight, and I would gladly do it again.
Scholarships, awards: Cal Grant A, Berkeley Undergraduate Scholarship, Academic Letter, and Leadership Letter.
In 10 years: I see myself as a respected and well-known writer for a newspaper or magazine in the Bay Area.
Marley Rickabaugh
Next year: During the summer, I plan to travel to Australia for a couple of weeks. When I return, I will attend University of California, Davis, where I will major in Psychology. I also hope to participate in research lab opportunities while there.
Career goals: My career goal may evolve as I take new classes and gain experience, but I am currently on track to become a clinical psychologist.
Highlights: My involvement in the Reproductive Health Club with friends gave me valuable experiences, including attending conferences in Chicago and Washington, D.C. It also helped me develop leadership skills, learn how to coordinate events, and strengthened my passion for advocating for health and well-being.
Scholarships, awards: Academic Letter, Academic Excellence Award Certificate, Academic Excellence Pin, Academic Lantern, Scholar Athlete Award, and Golden State Seal of Merit Diploma.
In 10 years: I see myself close to starting my career as a clinical psychologist and working toward opening my own private practice.
Jay Scott
Next year: I plan to attend a four-year university and major in Kinesiology.
Career goals: I hope to become an orthopedic surgeon.
Highlights: I participated in club soccer, high school soccer and track, and I made many great memories with friends, teammates and people I met along the way.
Scholarships, awards: Scholar-Athlete (all four years), Principal’s Honor Roll.
In 10 years: I see myself working as an orthopedic surgeon and enjoying the work I do.
Emma Siebert
Next year: I plan to complete a CNA course this summer to help fulfill my goal of becoming a pediatric nurse. I will be attending the University of Nevada, Reno, where I will study Public Health as a pathway toward nursing.
Career goals: I plan to become a pediatric nurse.
Highlights: Being part of a gymnastics team with amazing teammates.
In 10 years: I want to be financially independent and working in a job that I love.
Sriya Srinivasan
Next year: This fall, I will attend Stanford University, majoring in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. This summer, I will intern with APAPA in a legislative office, attend a New York board retreat with EducateUS, lead at Girl Scouts’ 58th National Council Session, and serve as a civic engagement program guide at UPenn.
Career goals: I aim to serve as a congresswoman for District 8, focusing on reproductive health and public policy solutions in Solano County. I hope to address STI and HIV disparities by developing community-informed policies that improve long-term health outcomes and uplift marginalized communities.
Highlights: My high school experience centered on advocacy and leadership. I served as student trustee and president of ASSC, founded the Reproductive Health Club, and sponsored Assembly Bill 2229. Through Bloom 4 You, research, and multiple public service roles, I worked to expand health access, elevate youth voices, and create meaningful community impact.
Scholarships, awards: Salutatorian, Seal of Civic Engagement, Women of the Year (Rep. Garamendi), $25K IWPR Grant, Girl Scout National Delegate, Senate Youth Program Alternate, Violet Richardson Award, Elks MVS Semifinalist, and Chinese American Association of Solano County Scholarship recipient.
In 10 years: I hope to have graduated from law school and be serving my community in an elected office role.
Ellie Steiger
Next year: I plan to attend University of California, Berkeley, where I will major in Chemical Engineering. I’m excited to challenge myself academically and explore research and internship opportunities.
Career goals: I hope to work in industrial water treatment as a chemical engineer. After gaining experience, I plan to return to school to earn an MBA to build my leadership and business skills so I can take on larger roles in the field.
Highlights: Being a member of both the varsity golf and softball teams all four years. I also enjoyed being part of the Early College program, where I will graduate with two associate degrees. Above all, the best part of high school has been the friends I’ve made.
Scholarships, awards: Salutatorian, Scholar-Athlete recognition, and the Soroptimist Violet Richardson Award.
In 10 years: I see myself working in industrial water treatment as a chemical engineer.
Diya Thennarasu
Next year: I will be attending Barnard College, part of Columbia University, where I will study Science and Public Policy.
Career goals: I plan to pursue a career in the medical field, though I am also open to exploring other related paths as I continue learning and gaining experience.
Highlights: I was part of ECHS Leadership as the co-lead for the Celebrations Committee, where I helped plan and support school events.
Scholarships, awards: Seal of Biliteracy.
In 10 years: I hope to be working in a career I am passionate about and to have traveled extensively.
Elizabeth Theodorus
Next year: I will be attending California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where I will study Architecture.
Career goals: I hope to become an architect.
Highlights: I enjoyed being part of tennis and badminton, as well as taking on leadership roles throughout school activities.

In 10 years: I hope to be financially independent with a stable career and a family.
Taylor Tieu
Next year: I plan to spend my summer volunteering, working as a tutor, and hopefully traveling. I will attend University of California, Irvine, where I plan to major in Public Health on a pre-med track.
Career goals: I hope to pursue a career in medicine and am currently leaning toward anesthesiology, though I am still exploring my options.
Highlights: Playing tennis for Rodriguez High School was a major highlight for me, where I met many amazing friends and people.
Scholarships, awards: Golden State Seal of Merit and MEL Tennis Singles League Champion.
In 10 years: I see myself having completed school, working in a career I love with a good work-life balance, and being financially independent.
Trevor Wilkinson
Next year: In the summer, I am going to Alaska with my aunt for two weeks, and I am also hoping to secure an internship. After that, I will attend University of California, Davis in the fall, where I will major in Mathematical Analytics and Operations Research.
Career goals: I am not yet certain of the specifics, but I hope to pursue a career in data science.
Highlights: Some of my high school highlights are still being reflected on, but I value my overall experiences and growth throughout these years.
Scholarships, awards: Golden State Seal Merit Diploma.
In 10 years: I hope to have financial freedom, enjoy life, and travel the world.
Josh Williams
Next year: I will attend Solano Community College.
Career goals: I hope to become a doctor.
Highlights: I played varsity high school tennis for all four years.
In 10 years: I hope to be working as a doctor while still playing tennis and enjoying life.
Anastasia Williams-Barron
Next year: I will attend California State University, Chico to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and complete my teaching credential. During this time, I also hope to work at a daycare or learning center to support myself financially and gain experience in my field.
Career goals: I plan to become an elementary school teacher while also pursuing a real estate license.
Highlights: Meeting amazing people, exploring my interests at a community college at no cost, and being part of a variety of clubs that helped me grow and discover new passions.

In 10 years: I see myself working as an elementary school teacher and in real estate, while also traveling and experiencing different ways of life.
