CLOVIS, Calif. (FOX26) — More than a year after 18 year old Caleb Quick was shot and killed outside of a Mc Donalds in Clovis, both juvenile cases connected to his death are moving closer to key court dates.
The teen accused of serving as the getaway driver is scheduled to begin a 10 day juvenile court trial July 28. The teen accused of pulling the trigger is expected to appear Sept. 1 for a transfer hearing that will determine whether he is tried as an adult.
