BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Drivers who use the westbound Highway 178 connector ramp to southbound Highway 99 should plan for a temporary closure tomorrow morning.
Caltrans said the westbound Highway 178 connector ramp to southbound Highway 99 will be closed tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. for guardrail operations.
Caltrans said the closure could last longer because of weather-related or other uncontrollable delays.
