Residents of an Encino neighborhood say they’re fed up with what they’ve described as questionable activity at a nearby home that they suspect is used to film lewd content for the paid subscription website, OnlyFans.
Neighbors who asked not to share their names said those who use the home are influences and content creators who film content for the website. According to them, scantily clad women have been seen in the front yard as well as litter on the streets.
“There’s trash left behind and beer bottles and alcohol cans and we’ve actually found condoms, used condoms at the side of our house,” one resident said on the condition of anonymity.
The neighbor alleged that concealed weapons have also been seen on the property.
“It’s not OK for families and for bystanding homeowners that pay our property taxes,” the resident said. “It just brings in an element that we don’t want.”
Andy Bachman owns the home at the center of residents’ concerns. He’s also the CEO of Creators Inc., an agency that manages content creators.
“We’ve got some neighbors who, I think, find possibly the OnlyFans space misunderstood, and it’s just a little bit prejudicial.” Bachman said.
Although Bachman confirmed that content is filmed on the property, he denied there being any adult content being created there. He bought the house in 2024 and said it’s his personal residence.
However, some neighbors disagree.
“The house is clearly labeled with a corporate name,” one resident said. “In front, all the cars are labeled their corporate name. They’re running corporate events out of here … This is not a business district, this is residential homes.”
Bachman said he’s operating within compliance of the law and defended the use of his home.
“There’s probably nothing going on over there,” he said. “I, you know, obviously stop by any day, any time. Very little actually goes on over there.”
It’s unclear if neighbors have spoken with Bachman directly.
