FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — A man is in critical condition after he was hit while riding his e-bike in central Fresno.
Police say the man entered the intersection–colliding with a car on Palm and Shields around 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The driver did stay on scene.
Officers say after talking with the driver and witnesses, they believe the e-bike rider was at fault.
The intersection was shut down for about an hour and is now reopened.
