ReadyKern said the “Lost Fire” has become a threat to residents southwest of Lost Hills.

People who live in Genasys Protect Zones KRN-219B and KRN-209B are ordered to evacuate immediately.
“There is an imminent threat to life. This is a lawful order to leave now. The area is lawfully closed to public access. Visibility in area will be reduced and roads may become blocked; if you do not leave now, you could be trapped, injured, or killed,” said officials.

Firefighters are battling a vegetation fire Thursday in the Lost Hills area after it started northwest of Lost Hills and Lokern roads, Kern County Fire officials said.

The “Lost Fire” has burned 682 acres so far, according to officials. Kern County Fire and Cal Fire are handling the incident. No containment estimate was available.
Cal Fire said the fire started just after 3 a.m. Thursday.
