OAKLAND — An Oakland man was arrested Saturday for the alleged rape of a juvenile in incidents that reportedly took place over the last two months, according to the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators arrested Forrest Daniel Felix on felony charges of second-degree rape, sexual offense in the third degree and sexual abuse of a minor, police said.
The incidents occurred from early September to the end of last month, according to Maryland court documents.
Felix, 30, remained jailed Monday at the Garrett County Detention Center following the arrest that took place at an Oakland residence.
