Andres Reyes was arrested by Santa Ana police Thursday on a warrant issued in 2008 when he allegedly fled the country, police said.
Police were investigating the alleged sexual assault of the girl in 2008 after the victim’s mother interrupted it and called officers, police said. Before Reyes could be taken into custody, he allegedly fled and a $1 million warrant was issued for his arrest.
