Strange object seen hovering in sky for hours in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A strange object was spotted hovering in the air for hours over Fresno on Sunday.

Alex Alvarado sent the photos in to FOX26 saying,

Hey guys something weird has been in the sky in the same spot for hours now maybe you guys can check it out. It looks like it keeps changing shapes but it doesn’t move. It keeps changing shapes.

The object resembles a banner or some type of flowy material, but the viewer says it never moved from its position, but still changed shape.
