Ben Fackler joined WilmerHale as a partner in its transactional department in San Francisco, the firm announced Tuesday.
Fackler, who joins from Arnold & Porter, counsels public and private companies, boards of directors, founders, financial sponsors, and venture investors on matters impacting the full lifecycle of businesses, according to WilmerHale. He also frequently serves as outside general counsel to his clients, providing day-to-day strategic counsel across a range of business matters, the firm said.
