Burger’d-up, hot-dogged-out, and full of refreshing melon-y splendor: Soon, we’ll experience the flavorful offerings of Fourth of July, those grill-it-up, icebox-it eats that are synonymous with the patriotic celebration.
But June still has some juicy, spicy, super-savory surprises in store, including what is set to set up shop at Los Angeles State Historic Park on the last Saturday of June.
It’s the Family Style Food Festival, a planet-big palate pleaser that will offer a host of snacks and sips from over 40 restaurants, along with a caboodle of creative culinary collaborations.
On the line-up? Max & Helen’s, Villa’s Tacos, Big Baby’s Cornbread, Apollonia’s Pizzeria, Fugetso-Do Confectionary, Baekjeong Korean Barbecue, and Tacos Los Cholos.
“Family Style has always been about bringing people together through food,” said Miles Canares, co-founder of Family Style Food Festival.

Fashion will also make a stylish stand at the airy affair, with a bevy of merchandise booths dotting the park.
Look also for diversions for the youngsters, with games and activities created for kids.
