BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying a man accused of breaking into a business on California Avenue.
Police said it happened on Sunday, May 31st, 2026, at a business in the 4900 block of California Avenue, near Mohawk Street.
The suspect is described as a man, wearing a green hat, black t-shirt, black sweatpants, teal shoes, a black backpack.
He had a black mountain bike and was carrying a clear trash bag with cans.
