A man faces a possible sentence of life in prison for sexually assaulting two girls in Sacramento County. Dayshawn Pogue was convicted of 13 counts of child sexual assault charges and faces a maximum sentence of 295 years to life in prison, the DA’s office said on Thursday. The DA’s office said the assaults occurred between 2018 and 2019. It also said Pogue told the victims they could not tell anyone or they would get in trouble, or the abuse would happen again.
