At around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, police said the woman was located, and the suspect was detained and later released, pending further investigation.
No further details were released.
Earlier in the day, police said they were investigating a reported kidnapping that happened on July 3 at around 9:30 p.m. in the 4200 block of Redding Street.
