Re “New UC San Diego center seeks to build greater election trust” (Oct. 26): To ensure election integrity California must follow Florida’s example by passing laws requiring that ballots are counted the evening of the election.
Our elections have been routinely contested by the Democrats. Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Massachusetts, amongst others, expressed grave concerns about the security of voting machines as a result of the testimony in various congressional hearings.
We must use only paper ballots, require ID and limit mail voting to absentee ballots, same-day voting and counting of the ballots for the sake of our constitutional republic.
