For the last few weeks, soccer fans in San Diego County have packed bars, restaurants and even outdoor venues to support their teams in the journey through the World Cup.
Now, the competition is down to eight teams, and though all three host countries — the United States, Mexico and Canada — have been eliminated, the party continues.
