The crash was reported ar0und 10 p.m. just east of the Etiwanda Avenue off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A witness told the CHP the SUV’s driver swerved to avoid hitting a big rig and lost control, going off the freeway and crashing into the electric fence of a business before overturning. The CHP was told there was no movement inside the SUV.
