(FOX40.COM) — A man was found guilty and sentenced to decades in prison for sedating and raping a woman twice, the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office announced.

The defendant, 43-year-old Graham O’Connor, restrained the victim and recorded video of sexually assaulting her. The woman, who was in a relationship with O’Connor, “was under the influence and didn’t recall engaging in the sexual acts” — but she later found the video, according to a news release.

O’Connor sexually assaulted the victim once more, also when the victim was drugged and not capable of consent, the attorney’s office stated.

A jury found O’Connor guilty of two counts of rape by use of drugs and two counts of copulation through anesthesia or controlled substance Thursday in Sacramento County Superior Court. The judge, Donald Currier, then sentenced him to 41 years and 4 months in prison.
