The three-vehicle wreck on the westbound side of the freeway near Country Village Road was reported at 6:13 a.m., according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.
At the scene, fire crews found two people with moderate to serious injuries. Both were sent to a local hospital by ground ambulance. A third person suffered minor injuries and was evaluated but declined further care, according to the fire department.
