The California Highway Patrol issued an endangered missing alert for a child who was last seen on Sunday evening in Oakland.
Winter Tolliver, 10, was last seen around 6:30 p.m. by A Street and 94th Avenue in Oakland on Sunday.
Tolliver is female, Black, 4 feet 11 inches tall, 80 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white tank top with blue flowers and purple pants. She is believed to be on foot.
Anyone who sees Tolliver or who may know of her whereabouts should call 911 immediately.
