OAKLAND, Calif. — There is a large police presence in Oakland Monday afternoon at the scene of a shooting.
The scene is at 40th and International Boulevard, where the Oakland police say there was a “critical incident.”
The department’s newly-named Chief James Beere is set to speak at 4 p.m.
